Strategic Planning 指导委员会

The 指导委员会 was responsible for leading and overseeing the comprehensive planning efforts, ensuring the effective integration of inputs from the 工作小组—想象哈维·马德, 学术视野 and 学生的经验—into the College’s final strategic plan.

Members of the 指导委员会 met with the chair of each Working Group to offer guidance on objectives, 工作计划和时间安排, and to help resolve questions or problems that arose. Moreover, one member of the 指导委员会 also served on each of the 工作小组.

One of the primary aims of the 指导委员会 was to distill the range of ideas that emerged through the strategic planning process into a concise set of strategic priorities. These efforts provided the groundwork for defining the College’s future trajectory and helping guide its next comprehensive fundraising campaign.

The 指导委员会 drafted strategic goals and initiatives based on the Working Group reports.
